T was so good on the car ride on the way there and back - he mostly just read his books or did his school workbooks on his own. (well, okay - he asked "are we there yet?" about a hundred times on the way there too but at least he was good natured about it!) He is five after all. :)
Of course we had our usual bedtime tradition of the Story in the Round. Friday night's was particularly hilarious. I believe there was a dad who grew a ten foot eyeball out of his forehead, but was pretty sure "nobody would notice" and a mom who got "acme" all over her body! :)

On the way to the football game saturday, T's already-super-loose tooth started to bleed. So Aunt Ami was really sweet and tried to help him pull it. Eventually he insisted he could pull it himself and he did. This second tooth was certainly a lot tougher than the first one that disappeared so easily in the apple!
Ta-da! Two teeth gone now - no one ask the boy to whistle!
