The next morning, we went for a early shell-hunting walk along the water

Ok so this was funny....T says to me when we were on beach "can you tough your shadow head on the ground?" I said "no, you never can bc it will always be in front of you when the sun is behind you." Then, my resourceful boy showed me how wrong I was!
The next thing I knew he had thrown himself on the ground directly at his shadow head and what do yo know? He COULD touch his shadow head! Cracked me up so yea, I took a picture. I love the mind of a child...most adults would have not thought of that.
Sunday we went to Marlins park and watched the Marlins beat the Padres in extra inninga, 5 to 4! Fun weekend with my fellas....love being close enough to fun places like Miami that we can drive over so easily!

What a great birthday weekend! The Marlins' new stadium looks terrific ... and much cooler (temperature) than Sunlife.
Who but Taylor would have thought about touching his shadow head? Hope he keeps that inquisitiveness (word?) for a long, long time.
