Salt Writing

So as usual, I learn so much every day from my mommy friends...and the activity below is no exception. My friend Christine from Texas, whose blog I still stalk, posted about her 2nd grader using salt writing to learn his spelling words. I thought it was brilliant - like a ghetto Etch-a-Sketch! So thanks, Christine! Taylor really enjoyed it and so did I! (The kids can just use their finger but I gave T a paintbrush because we are still working on holding the pencil/pen with the proper form.)
