Field Trip

Thursday morning, T's school took their first field trip. I chaperoned and we walked all the kids across campus to the Reading Center where teaching students read "A Snowy Day" to them. It was part of an international reading effort called "Read for the Record" and apparently over 2 million kids across the world were reading that same book at the same time! Afterward, the college students helped Taylor and his buddies make fake snow, which was super fun. Then they all got milk and cookies. My kind of field trip!
