Taylor is semi-obsessed with the sun and the moon lately so tonight, because of the time change, we were able to go outside before bed and look at the moon for a while. He was so sweet and we cuddled and just watched the moon. First he said "I go dere where da moon is, Mommy." He did not understand why he could not touch it! So I just sat with my sweet baby, fresh out of the tub with clean PJs on, in my lap and we made up a song together about the moon. Something like "Mr. Moon, Moon, Mr. Shiny Moon - hanging in the sky. Taylor wants to talk to you and say 'night night.' Oh Mr. Moon, Moon, Mr. Shiny Moon." Taylor seemed to like it anyway! :)
Really, it's the little things....

That is so sweet...now that it is dark out before he goes to bed Nate wants to go look at the moon too...i guess he never really got to see it much before and now he is fascinated! I love it!
Many, many, years from now, you will realize that it's ALWAYS about the "little things".....
