We started out our Weekend 'O Fun with a sleepover at our house Friday night....check out these two pretzel walruses!
I gave them their choice for dinner and of course they chose sushi! Times sure have changed since the sleepovers of my own youth. :)

Saturday morning, we were up bright and early for T's belt testing at karate
At this level, the testing lasts 2 grueling hours....non-stop. And includes sparring.
T did great though and successfully earned his orange belt!

The next day we were ready for the inaugural game of the new MLS team, Orlando City Lions!
Along with 62,000 other fans, we started our tailgate early....on a gorgeous sunny day!

Totally packed...and a great game even though it ended up in a tie. Soccer fans are crazy!!! And fun!

This is a video of T at his belt testing...demonstrating a take-down on another student. No worries, this tall girl got to take him down next! :)
This little girl is T's age but about a foot taller. They are friends so had a good time taking each other down. :)
And this is T doing a kata for the Sensei - cannot remember the name of this form but he rocked it.
All in all, a fabulous fun-filled weekend!!
