This amazing escargot cooked with rosemary and sherry...
THIS oxtail (with potato mousse and roasted pepper) is quite possibly the best dish that both of us have ever tasted!!
This smoked octopus with pea puree and paprika oil was amazing! We also had a few other delicious dishes but these were the most photo-worthy!
We finished with Chocolate Cake And a glass of port. YUM! Then went to the Lazy Gator Bar on Lake Jessup for some more afternoon cocktails then a good friend came over that evening for happy hour and snacks while the boys played. All in all, a great day!
Not to be left out...my boy did have some fun this weekend too...we met a few of his baseball buddies at the local waterpark Saturday. Sunday I had lunch with a great friend of mine...she gave me a plaque for my office that says "Dance like no one is laughing." :) Still cracks me up and is so me!!

Nothing new under the sun ... amazing that Oxtail has made a comeback. When I was younger, the only places you could get oxtail were some African-American joints in some questionable parts of town. It was good then, but with the new twists, it's gotta be great!
