Christmas 2011

We had a great Christmas this year! Very relaxing and fun...on Christmas Eve, we made Santa cookies and left the reindeer some food outside (Taylor chose cherries, nuts, blackberries, lettuce, carrots and pudding this year) and we read Twas The Night Before Christmas before bed. All the usual Christmas Eve traditions...then Christmas morning, T woke up and was excited to see all the loot delivered by Santa! Plus he got to finally open all the awesome gifts sent from our amazing family and friends. Daddy gave Taylor a very special gift just from him...a Leo Messi Soccer kit which T thought was awesome since Messi is his favorite soccer player and arguably the best player in the world right now. (Santa also left Taylor a handwritten note on his cookie plate which was pretty cool.) Taylor even took a minute from opening his own gifts to help Fidel and Zelda check out their own stockings from Sannta. Then we spent most of Christmas Day outside riding one of T's new bikes and playing with the neighbor kids. Oh and we went to indian food for dinner which I must admit was awesome, even if non-traditional! :) Merry Christmas, everyone!
