A Lazy August Weekend...
Well, we ended up following our laid-back Saturday morning with a lazy rest-of-the-weekend. Saturday afternoon, we went to Orientation at T's school and met his new teacher, Mrs. Lashandra. She seems very nice and just moved to Tyler from Atlanta where she was a 1st grade teacher. Today we went and bought donuts for breakfast, then we went to Target. Before naptime, we painted a bit in our Thomas the Train coloring book. We were going to go to Chuck E Cheese and play this afternoon but Taylor was a bit grumpy after his long nap and told us he wanted to play in the pool instead. Sounded just fine to me and Daddy!
