Just wanted to start with this funny pic of T and James at sushi last week...these two boys LOVE sushi almost as much as me and they love our regular sushi dinners together.
Lots of little happenings this past week around Easter...of course we dyed eggs which is always my personal favorite!
Oh on Friday I did that sliced baked potato recipe going around Facebook...and it was DELISH!
Saturday, we went to the Marshmallow Drop in Oviedo like we did last year...
The most exciting part of watching the helicopter drop thousands of mallows...
Afterward, we went to Friendship Park and the moms hid easter eggs for the boys...check out their mustaches - these kids crack me up.

And OF COURSE, some baseball at the park with our buddies...we play a LOT of baseball these days...my kid is wearing me out. :)
So Sunday morning arrived...(Technically Taylor woke us up at 2:45 AM and jumped in bed and asked if he could start searching for his basket! He finally got back to sleep and got up for real at 7 AM!!)...and the Easter Bunny had left an easter grass trail to give Tman clues to find his hidden basket. Taylor reached down and picked up some easter grass and said "Why did the easter bunny leave FUR all around the house!?!?!" LOL!!
He finally found his basket - hidden high this year so crazy Fidel could not get into his chocolate - sitting inside our tall floor lamp in the library.

And of course the bunny hid our dyed eggs around the house as well so those were fun to hunt...
Now this week our boy turns SEVEN!!!! An overload of bday pics is sure to come so be warned. :) Hope everyone had a great Easter!

The Easter bunny fur - now that's funny! Looks like y'all had a great time hiding and finding your eggs.
I have not seen the potato recipe - send it to me, please.
